3kboom hi! is there any possible way you can measure the actual size of the insole? As you may know this model runs SUPER small and although I am an 8.5, the 9 and 9.5 were too small. I am even doubting this 10 will fit! So yea, this shoe does not have a 27cm insole (as per the label)... I would greatly appreciate it!

maya_1616 @3kboom hey there, I removed the insole out of the boot so I can properly measure it for you… the length is 10.5 inches and the width 3.5… hope that helps! Wish I can send you pics!
