xevemypet_1 @twt0318 Hi Talisa! Is this the same item you’re talking about? My records show that it was purchased 4/30. It has been taking longer than normal lately with USPS, but luckily there was a scan at a facility today so it’s not lost and should hopefully arrive soon. I also got a notification on the tracking that there’s severe weather in some parts of the country and that could cause delays.
