sam2779 @atenderobject I’m sorry, Lily, I had looked at the wrong name. The first person who commented above! Thanks for the clarification. I should have known that, because I just got my first two items from rouje last night and sadly they are both just a hair too small so I have to swallow both the shipping and the return fee. Major discouragement from trying this brand, whose stuff I really love the look of. I also love the top you are selling here, but I’m afraid it’s out of my range.

atenderobject @sam2779 I feel you. They need to amp up their customer service if they want to expand audience in the US. They barely even answer emails. I’ve even seen horror stories in their IG comments regarding returns which is why I decided to keep it and resell. The clothes are cute but the shipping and pricing with conversion is unreasonable. The clothes do fit small - I found the measurements they provide are somewhat helpful but it feels like a guessing game.

sam2779 @atenderobject oh no! I just shipped both blouses back today... what horror stories?! I checked their measurements before I bought both tops I chose, but alas. I was honking today we should find other buyers and all band together to split the shipping or something! There were so many things I wanted to get but the prices are steep and now I’m $55 in the hole just to try them on. Guess when you have Selena Gomez selling your stuff for you just by leaving her house........
