Perfect to wear to your second rodeo! In okay used condition, but please see all photos for the following issues: some loose silver decorative studs/stars on the front (one has come up on multiple sides), loose buttons on the wrist cuffs. The strings on the tassels/fringe imperfect and uneven in areas. The black color of this blouse is somewhat faded due to years of washing, in general. Missing the bottom button. There are also safety pins that are completely affixing all buttons on Unfortunately the sizing/contents tag has been cut, so please refer to these measurements.
