Rouched Tie Shoulder Tank Top

Brand new without tags. Never worn I typically wear Small-medium clothes this is a large but with the shoulders I feel the top could be anywhere from XS- Lrg styles. It is really cute and fitted tank bright white. Has a casual elegance to it. This top could go anywhere. Personally I am always wearing a layer on top so the shoulder ties for me were the reason I didn’t wear it.
