ladynaana @newlori I need the measurement from the insole. You take out the insole and measure it from heel to toe. The shoe isn’t part of the measurement.

ladynaana @newlori hey, sorry to be a bother but I would like to see if you understand what the insole is. It is what is inside the shoe to give it cushion. If you would please measure it out of the shoe from toe to the heel of the insole. I am not trying to be condescending but I truly want to help in the small chance you are not aware. newlori @ladynaana - I’m so sorry! Everytime my eyes read insole,my brain was thinking sole. I measure at 10.5”. I’ll add pics.
