It would have originally had a rubber ring for the bowl to sit in, shown in last photo. This is a listing for the bowl only. And the bowl does have a flat base that allows it to be used on its own without the rubber ring. In good, vintage condition. The bowl is from the 80s. And the white is still very nice with no discoloration. No chips, cracks or stains. The base of the bowl states: “Rosti 4L Rosti-Melaine 2408 Design Koen DeWinter Made in Denmark” Measures 10.25” w x 11.75” l x 6” t. Weighs 1 lb 1 oz.
