Rosie Pope pink and white Ruffle Long Sleeve Dress and Bloomer set Size 18 Month

This set is in excellent gently used condition pictures don't do it justice. It is so pretty ! It is pink and white with a pattern of charcoal dots all over. It's a long sleeve dress/ tunic with ruffle details at bottom. I'd say it can be worn as a dress for a younger toddler but probably fits best as a tunic for an older girl. Cotton/spandex mix!
