Rosie Pope Watermelon Dress with Bloomers 12M

This was one of my favorite outfits that my daughter wore! She grew out of it way to fast. This is perfect for summer. Comes with bloomers and has a zipper in the back. There is also a bow that goes around the neck that has snaps instead of having to tie it.
