Chic Rosie Assoulin Fiesta dress is a former rent the runway piece with blue and green stripes. 100 percent cotton, fully lined, and exquisite tailoring. Button down front. Gather at waist with some adjustment from tie. The sleeves have been shortened compared to the rent the runway model pictures, as they were way too long and cumbersome. I saved the fabric and will send to you. It would make a nice band for a straw hat to complete the outfit!!
