Rosemary & Ivy Corduroy Jacket size Medium

Not sure if this is vintage can’t really tell by tag, size medium. Maroon in color. I am a mostly small, rare medium, size 4/27 5’3.5”, 135lb for size reference. Urban outfitters vintage style Labeled size medium but would best fit a size small or XXS XS oversized. PLEASE note size small as listing but actual size is medium and also, sleeves are tight fit.
