ktshep51891 @babycatinc2004 It is only one pair of shoes. As described, these are a big kids size 6 1/2. They fit like a women’s size 8.

If they truly are a children's sized shoe, then converting them to women's, would go down, not up, even converting men's to women's, it would go down,Not up! Sorry, I d/n get it but would like 2 understand! TY, very interested!
