lace1010 @jade161 I just had a similar situation. Ridiculous! Kate Spade purse-- brand new. Used 2 times. Hell of a deal, even took HER offer and new pictures then the complaints began! Ughh... I'm talking marks I never noticed and couldn't see in photos she submitted. I Told her I would happily accept the return. After all of that hassle- she kept the damn purse! What a PITA!
