Rose Print Convertible Neckline 2 Pc Dress NWT

The neckline of this outfit can be worn either way as shown on my model. The top is a size large and from armpit to armpit it measures 20 1/2". The skirt is an XL and has a solid black flounce at the bottom. The elasticized waistband goes from a relaxed 34" to about 40"; the length is approx. 24". You can easily make the waistband of the skirt smaller if need be. Just make a small slit in the waistband at the seam, pull the elastic out just enough to snip off the excess and tack the ends securely together. Each piece was originally priced separately at $59. NO LOWBALLS!!!
