Rose Off the Shoulder Mini Dress

This is that really soft, stretchy fabric Torrid likes to use a lot. It is heavier than regular cotton, but not so heavy that it's uncomfortable or anything. The roses are still a bright pink and there's a little folded fabric detail at the neckline. Kind of a twist but not. It's hard to describe so I just took a picture.
