@jsasheen On size 10 the widest measurement, across the ball of the foot sole is 4”. Insole measured from tip of big toe of shoe to end of heel of shoe is 10.5”. Narrowest part is across the rear heel of insole at 2”. Regarding straps, can open up to accommodate 3.5” across the top of the foot, and there is a enough room left in the strap where you can make another hole if need be. Hope that helps. Thanks!
