Vintage 1960s-1970s Rona New York soft and feminine navy blue and white swiss dot /polka dot maxi long dress. (Poshmark) Semi sheer dress that is lined at the bodice and skirt. It has a full maxi skirt, ruffles at the collar and cuffs. Attached belt that snaps in the back. Back zipper closure. No fiber tags, the dress and lining may be cotton and the belt may be silk.
