Rona New York Circa 60s festive dress with ruffles, red/white, S, good condition

Circa 60s Rona New York festive chiffon dress, fully lined, with hidden inner snap and hook closures, threaded belt loops and 3" matching fabric belt. No inner size or fabric tags. 17.5 inches armpit to armpit, 24" (unstretched) elastic waist, 15" shoulder to waist, 42" length total. Ruffles at neck, chest, arm cuffs and bottom of dress. This rare, feminine piece is great for the holidays or other festive occasions, and could be modernized with leggings. Very good condition.
