This listing is for a new without tags women’s romper in an orange and soft, periwinkle color. It is made to kind of look like a skirt, but is actually a romper. The bottom has a little bit of an overlay to look like a ruffled dress. There is a tie around the waist. It can be tied in the front or the back. There is a hidden zipper in the back. Sleeves are elastic at the wrists. Please see measurements in the pictures. There is no tag to tell me what the romper is made of but it feels like it’s some kind of blended textured polyester.
