Hi, I wear a size 10. I put an offer in for size large. Would a 10 be a large or medium?

Good afternoon Lisa,
It is a really flowy romper so a Medium could fit a size 10.
On the Medium, the elastic around the waist is 28" and can expend to 40" and around the thigh it is 29."
