ADORABLE black and blue floral romper. Shorts have ruffles. Long sleeves with elastic to cinch in sleeves. The button to the opening is still attached but the elastic to hold it together/go around the button has fallen off. Only worn twice but discounted due to the button! I am 5’8” and it is a great length! Cinched in waist.
