Romika Helsinki 02 Black Yellow Faux Fur Boot Sneaker EU 40 US 9 to 9.5

New with damaged replacement box. Possibly tried on but not worn. Manufacturer Defects. There is 2 brown spots on the inside of the ankle on the right boot and some brown streaks on the top of the rubber by the heals of both boots. Please see pics. ROMIKA shoes are sized according to the European size standard. To help determine the proper fit, see the chart for reference in the pictures. I listed this as a 9.5 US. But the brands website say an EU 40 is equal to a US 9 to 9.5
