Romeo & Julie red chiffon-like accordion style "off the shoulder" (cold shoulder) top. Size - Large. Neckline has an elastic finish that can be worn on or off the shoulders. 100% polyester. Sleeves are 3/4 length & are sheer with a pleated accordion design. Fabric is sheer but front is lined (see photo) so front is not see-through. Bottom has a rounded hem that is longer in middle.
