Deep purple and ruffles make this such a statement blouse. Worn once. The blouse does not stretch however there is a very forgiving waist that stretches. Would fit sizes 8 to 12. I am a 36 D and had plenty of room for the girls. Beautiful blouse! Sleeves are pleated in 3 places.
