This fun and unique black, velvet top ties in the back. The adjustable straps and the ties are kind of that thick corrugated cotton material while the main bodice of the top has a velvet feel. huh, I'm pretty impressed with that description I just pulled out of butt haha. Guess I'll find out now who actually reads entire descriptions lol. I know I'm guilty of just find of skimming the blurb lol.
