Romance is in the air with this pretty, ivory peasant blouse by CeCe. Has a versatile, elastic neckline that can be worn on or off the shoulders to switch up your style. When worn on the shoulders it has a sheer flutter sleeve. Material is 100 percent polyester in a lightweight, sheer crinkle fabric with beautiful embroidery along the front and back. The style is slip-on with a straight down shape, it is not fitted about the waist. It has a lining I showed in the pics which is also sheer so another layer may be necessary. Gently loved, only worn once, and hand wash only and line dry according to the tags. Lying flat it measures approximately 22 inches armpit to armpit, 26 inches shoulder to hem, and 18 inches when the neckline is extended for off the shoulder wear.
