Romantic Navy Ruffled Blouse by Ellos Sz 16

A really beautiful and romantic ruffled textured chiffon blouse by Ellos. The top has a high neckline with a pleated top edge, the shoulder area is sheer and the body has layers that make it opaque. The sleeves have three deep ruffled layers, and and are bracelet length. The blouse is a size 16, on me it was true to size. The measurements are approx. 22" pit to pit, 24" shoulder to hem, 19" shoulder to cuff. The measurements are close but may not be exact, so if absolutely precise measurements are critical please do not purchase. The blouse is made of a lightly textured polyester and is fully washable, it closes to the back of the neck with a small gold button. The condition is good with just the slightest signs of use, I have worn and washed it about three times in total.
