Roman numeral, vintage clock pendant.

First of all, the chain is a bit worn out. The pendant is looking beautiful (as seen in photo) with golden plates, but the ticker has stopped working. Pretty sure it's fixable. The pendant is about an inch in diameter (dollar coin size) The numbers are Roman numeral, which gives the clock a vintage, timeless feel. Make an offer!
