Rolls Royce hubcap Clock

Vintage Rolls Royce Hub cap turned into a clock. This is used. Dents and scratches throughout. See pics. Cool item for a “man cave”! Battery operated clock mechanism doesn’t seem to be working. The hands may need replacing as well. Feel free to make an offer. This was purchased at a local auction. The sticker on the back reads 1974? 1966? I’m not sure if it is either. 16 3/4” diameter.
