handmade in Portland Oregon. black mesh, florals, and bones. Worn maybe twice max ( the front panel is a little delicate. Does have a few loose threads but they do not seem to include broken seams or hems. Witchy bottoms that are beautiful but not reached for. Comes from a scent free home with cats.
