Rodeo Royalty Pageant Dress 10/12

Bought for my daughter 2nd used but it is way too big on her. Made by Fancy Cowgirl Designs. Pretty sure it was made for a 10/12 year old. Dress measurements I took are Shoulders: 14 1/2 Chest: 14 Waist: 13 Hips: 14 Sleeve: 23 Length: 50 I'm not an expert measure-er so if you would like pictures of measurements, pm me. There are some very small missing sequin patches as shown in pictures, and a little fraying on the arms. This is why I am selling for $250. It includes shipping.
