This is a new condition, for full disclosure: I ordered this off Ulta and because it’s beyond 60 days, it’s just that like 90 days, they will not refund a return. But it’s fresh and new, I did open it one time so you’ll see that the seal on the bottle that metal tab is removed, but it is brand new and fresh, I did not realize that this was not for sensitive eyes, and I do not want to attempt to test fate
