So, let me be the first to say that Rockport isn't afraid to 'ROCK' the boat (pun intended). They make extremely comfortable shoes but sometimes they just want to get a little crazy with their styles. I wore these shoes to a party and I had a Tweed Sportcoat, a Blue shirt that matched the Blue in the shoes, and Khakis. I was the talk of the party. Genuine Leather (and fabric) uppers, coupled with Rockport's reputation for comfort, make these a great pair of shoes. Granted, not an 'everyday' pair of shoes, but if you can make them work with your attire, they'll be a hit, I promise.
