Or, preferably, donations of toys etc… My BEST FRIEND, Rocko my “Bubby,” “Num Nums,” my sweet, gentle boy, passed away unexpectedly, sleeping beside me as always, peacefully early in the morning of August 2 2025. The windows were open, the sunlight wrapping around him, he was glowing. I saw a full moon, visible in its shadow behind the sun. And as it was hitting me I could no longer see. He was so warm and when buried my face into him, heart no longer beating…is when mine cracked into a million pieces. Rocko was the runt of a Purebred Litter of Rottweilers. Born with a heart murmur, and a left blue eye, and an underbite. No one wanted him… Until, I found him!!! And, that was all she wrote. He was so loved and he loved me…[well, us] but me…it is indescribable. Though he had epilepsy…and was medicated with 8 pills twice a day, he was a so very happy and loved relentlessly. If you have new dog toys/leashes/blankets/items that can be donated in honor to a local shelter (ORCA) who I work for in my state of PA. I will purchase a label and if you would help me honor him and the search for epilepsy awareness and management I’d greatly appreciate anything!
