Rock n Republic tunic top XL NWOT

Deep red and black zip front tunic top with button roll up sleeves. This has a slight purple undertone. Size XL Bust is approx. 23" at underarm laid flat. Length from top of shoulder to longest part of rounded hem is approx. 33" 97% polyester, 4% spandex. Never worn!! I'm told I"m too short! This would work as a top and also could be an over blouse / jacket shirt.
