The leg width doesn't change on these jeans which were my sons and he outgrew them in 3 months, wearing them only a few times. The rise is two inches from the belly button, not super low.

Sorry I looked at the wrong ones! These are the ladies, stretch, regular straight, not skinny. Rise is medium, about 11/2 to 2" from belly button. Hope this helps.
