Nieman Marcus party dress designed by Robert Rodriguez. Never Worn still has tags. Features a nude lining and delicate black lace overlay with scalloped edges at the hemline and along the top of the bodice. Fitted bodice, complete with boning and sewn in bra back in the lining to help keep the dress from riding down in the back. Also features a ribbon bow belt at the gathered waistline.  A woman's size 12, it measures 15" from armpit to armpit, 13" across the waist when laid flat
