Robert Olszewski is an internationally acclaimed painter and sculptor who over the past 30 years has perfected the art of carving and miniatures. He is one of the leading creators of miniatures and is mainly known for his work with Goebel and Disney, Harmony Ball Company & Enesco. His Disney miniatures, The story time collection and The Gallery of Light Boxes are some of his most sought-after Disney collectibles. He created characters and environmental displays for Disney films. some of those films are Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs, Peter Pan, Pinocchio, Cinderella and Fantasia. During his 14 years at Goebel, he oversaw the production of more than 355 figurines. In 1998 he scored a contract with Disney. His work has been displayed in at least 6 museums and the White House. He won the "Miniature Of The Year" award twice and was named "International Collectible Artist" of the year in 1993. During his time with Goebel, he traveled and gave lectures and speeches to collectors & signed his art. this image has been stored flat in a photo album and is in great condition. it is singed with a sharpie.
