This gorgeous and rare raku pottery vase by retired PNW potter Robert Ellert features a stunning iridescent explosion of red, green, and blue over a black matte background, with delicate brushed grass accents. Its beauty is marred by ONE CHIP on the rim, which means this one of a kind art piece has been greatly reduced in price for that person who knows how to style a dried flower/grasses arrangement to hide the flaw. I did try to find the artist to see if he could repair, but he has retired according to Childhood's End Gallery which handled some of his work.
