Roberi Parra was the runner-up in season 15 of Project Runway. This jacket appears to be either a sample or a one-off because the only label is his name. Unknown fabric, but it's a great navy textured fabric with hints of black. Pockets. Cool detail at waist. No one else will own this jacket. Flat, it measures 22 inches pit to pit, and it's about 26 inches long.
