Vintage Y2K boho maxi dress by Robbie Bee, featuring an abstract, multi-colored pattern and a halter neckline. It has an empire waist with ring appliqués and a deep V-neck. The dress is made from a satin-like fabric and has a color palette of orange, brown, black, white, and green.  Very versatile halter dress that does have up top. It has a small zipper and ties around the neck. It is new with tags but the tie needs stitching back is the only flaw (shown in last photo(.
