@gloomshine That's a little tricky as it is a VERY stretchy and forgiving fabric. Flat from armpit to armpit it's 14.5 but it will stretch out easily to 20" flat. Same with the waist and the hips. I'm right in between a small and medium and this fits a little loose on me
