The yellow and blue have 39/40 infantry pieces. The rest of the colors have all there pieces. All other pieces are accounted for. I also noticed the plastic container holding the black pieces broke a little bit. Reference photos to see. All the plastic containers I decided to tape shut to help keep secure during shipping.
