New without tags. Tried it on just for pictures. I purchased this from Dolls Kill a couple of years ago. This can also be styled unbuttoned as a fitted duster over another dress. Two front buttoned pockets on the chest. Buttoned long sleeve cuffs. Slits on both sides. Approximate measurements laying flat: 46” length, 17” waist.
