konacopia The size clearly says 4115, which in standard sizing is 11.5 D, not size 11 as you have them listed as. The first number, 4, refers to the width…fourth width in alphabetical order is D. 115 refers to the size, 11.5. If this were a size 11, the old sizing would state 4110.
