Rifat Ozbek SS92 Runway vintage fringe mini skirt with built-in briefs. While not visible the photos, the elasticity has deteriorated from age on both the waistband and the leg openings. Additionally, some of the stitching has come undone on the inside of the waistband. Please take into consideration there may be other minor and/or less noticeable flaws which are not visible in the photos.
