These are tan leather riding boots that are too big. They are size 8 and come up to my mid- calf

cinsandy can you provide measurements including : *the shaft height * width at the top of boot measured straight across while laying flat ( which would be the circumference) *and the heel height do they run true to size ? big? or small ? are they made more for a wide foot or more for a narrow foot ?
