milkysklar Yes they do. a 38= a US 7.5 or 8. I only wore them a handful of times as they were too high for me. I can send more pics if you like. As for height they say this on a website describing them: Measurements: item fits true to size, height: 10 centimetres, heel: 13 centimetres, circumference: 23 centimetres, sole height: 3 centimetres.
