Richard Warren Blouse and Skirt

This is a lovely skirt and blouse, very unique. The brand is Richard Warren. The size is 4. The blouse is one piece but appears to be layered. The skirt is a button and zipper closure. The skirt waist measures 25". I cannot find a fabric content label on it, however, it does have a DRY CLEAN ONLY label on it. It is very smart and in excellent condition.
