Lovely vintage Japanese porcelain small vase toothpick holder vanity décor makeup brush holder made by Andre Richard of Japan circa 1960s. The edge is accented with hand painted gold gilt. Original foil label is still attached on the bottom with Richard and “Japan” on it. 3 inches x 3 inches No chips or cracks Excellent condition
